Use the eBike Flow app to control all functions of the smart system, connecting the drive unit, battery, display and control unit. It allows you to customise your VICTORIA eBike exactly to your preferences, enhance it and keep it up to date: You can simply download new features and services, connecting updates for your VICTORIA via Bluetooth. This keeps your eBike up to date and continuously upgraded with new features. This is how you can take your riding enjoyment to even higher levels.

eBike Alarm
eBike Alarm is the alarm function for your VICTORIA: used in conjunction with eBike Lock, the new digital service offers even more comprehensive supplementary protection against theft. Once set up, eBike Alarm is automatically activated as soon as you turn off your eBike. In the event of attempted theft, eBike Alarm initially reacts with acoustic signals and illuminated LEDs. If your VICTORIA eBike is moved significantly, you will receive a message on your smartphone, the tracking function starts and you can track the position of your eBike in the eBike Flow app*. To use eBike Alarm, the ConnectModule must be installed in your VICTORIA.
Worry-free parking
You will see the parking location and the security status of your VICTORIA via the eBike Flow app.
Acoustic and visual alarm
eBike Alarm initially warns with acoustic signals and illuminated LEDs when it registers slight movements.
Helpful tracking function
If your VICTORIA eBike is moved significantly, you will receive a notification on your smartphone and you can track the eBike's location via the Flow app.
*The eBike Flow app can be downloaded from the relevant app store at no additional cost. The eBike Flow app can only be used after prior registration and conclusion of a separate user agreement with Robert Bosch GmbH, Bosch eBike Systems.
eBike Lock
After installing the eBike Flow app, the smartphone acts as your digital key for deactivating motor support. Recognition takes place automatically via Bluetooth technology, so your smartphone can stay in your pocket. If eBike Lock is active (and motor support therefore deactivated) this is indicated by short tones, lights and symbols on the LED Remote, the display or smartphone. If your smartphone gets lost, simply log into the eBike Flow app with your account on another smartphone. eBike Lock in the smart system offers free, additional theft protection and more security for your VICTORIA eBike.

Ride Screen
Attach the SmartphoneGrip to the handlebar, insert your smartphone and open the eBike Flow app. The Ride Screen displays your current speed, ride time and distance, as well as the battery charge level. Apple users can now also display their heart rate thanks to Apple Watch connectivity. While riding, you can use the LED Remote or Mini Remote to switch between the Ride Screen and Navigation on your smartphone without taking your hands off the handlebars – safely and conveniently.

Navigation and route planning with the eBike Flow app
Choose the route profile that fits your riding situation - like daily trips, leisure rides or eMTB trails to get perfectly matched route suggestions. With a map display specially adapted to the route profiles, the navigation system makes it easier for you to find your way around; in the city, for example, through buildings in 3D view. Detailed route information informs you about features such as elevation and route characteristics, additional notes on the map mark important points such as bicycle retailers or charging stations.

Connect the eBike Flow app with the komoot and Strava apps and automatically record your ride and fitness data as soon as you set off with your VICTORIA. komoot also lets you import your routes and navigate via the waypoints using the navigation screen. If desired and with your consent, the Activity Tracking for iPhone users can also sync all data with Apple Health. If you take a break, the recording of your ride will pause too. It starts again automatically when you continue your ride. You can stop it manually at any time by pressing the stop button.

Over-the-air updates

Track your ride and fitness data as soon as you get started. If desired, the Activity Tracking for iPhone users can also synchronise all data automatically with Apple Health. When you take a break, recording stops automatically.

Adjust the riding mode exactly to your individual preferences: You can fine-tune the Eco, Tour, Sport, Auto, Turbo and Cargo riding modes to give you more support or to use less power.
How it works - How do I get the app?
Step 1
Download the app from the App Store or Google Play Store and install it.
Step 2
Launch the app and register your Flow account using your Bosch ID.
Step 3
Connect your VICTORIA with the eBike Flow app. Now you're ready to use your eBike with the smart system.
Other functions
Apple Health
Connect your eBike Flow app with other applications. You can, for example, share ride data from your recorded activities with Apple Health. Linking them provides you with additional information about your fitness and the eBike experience.
eBike settings
Adjust the most important settings for your pedelec: Here you will find information on all the components connected to your VICTORIA and can view the serial numbers of the motor or battery, for example. In addition, you can adjust in the settings for how long the pedelec must be idle before activity tracking is automatically finalised, or you can reset the data for calculating the range.

Find answers to all your questions about your smart system equipped eBike in the Help Centre of the eBike Flow app. There you can access clear explanations of the app, individual components and how they connect. You can also contact Support directly through the app.

komoot & Strava integrated
Share your eBike rides with the community: As a user of the smart system, you can link the eBike Flow app with the komoot and Strava apps. Once you have registered and given your consent, your riding data such as cadence and power are transferred to the apps. This way, you enrich your sports and health analysis with your eBike activity data to obtain a more comprehensive picture of your progress.
